Manager rude

Arthur, manager at Spur Somerset Mall, should resign and rather get a job he actually enjoys. Alternatively, if it is his place (the way he makes it seem) he should employ a manager that actually enjoys customer related employment.<br> <br> Arthur was plain rude when I asked a simple, looked at me for about 10 seconds before pretending to be helpful, but chose to rather carry on with the conversation between him and a staff member.<br> After this, We asked if we could move to another table, whereby our guest was so offended by the look and response of Arthur, that she decided to rather not order a meal, rather opting for straight dessert and get out of there.<br> <br> Arthur, if you are struggling to accept, admit or (highly likely) realise you have problem, go to Spur in Beach road Strand, and learn from their manager!<br> <br> Appalled.
