management

I have been a employee at Arapaho Spur for a couple of months now. working for spur is an experience to cherish in its good ways, but sadly most of it will be sad as working with my fellow management becomes difficult every day. <br> The way we the waiter's are treated is painfully unfair, of cause sometimes we are to blame but not always as this is a business that deals with people. <br> what I'm asking for is to be treated like a human, not an animal or a machine. yes this is work but a pat on the shoulder here and there would defiantly uplift spirits. our managers here treat us unfairly and it is sad because we have no choice as most of us are not exactly legal, but we work here. this is all I have to say for now...
