Made us feel like *******

My friend and I went to Spur Tygervalley for a meal. We ordered 2 grilled chickens wraps with extra feta. When we got our food we were very excited, as it looked very nice. However, after me, only having had two bites of my wrap, found a very long hair, full on IN my wrap. I pointed it out to our waiter who apologized and took it away. The manager came over and asked if I wanted a replacement, which I turned down, because all I could imagine was, not finding the hair as soon as I did and having to pull it out of my mouth. Unfortunately, with my experience, my friend had also lost her appetite. I was totally willing to pay for at least her wrap, but the manager had taken both off. Because we felt bad for our waiter we still gave him a R20 tip on our R70 bill. But the reception we received after the fact, was horrible. The manager didn't look us in the eye, and the waiter was so rude, they literally made us feel as if we had put the hair in the food. WHY, after only two bites, would I have pointed it out if I was the one that put it there? Wouldn't I at least have eaten one half of the wrap? My friend and I, have literally never felt so, as if we were ****, ever. It was a truely horrible experience, which I will be sharing with anyone who will listen, and make them know to never eat at Spur in Tygervalley ever! I anyway always say, why pay Spur prices when you can literally pay R100 more and eat at Cattle Baron, which is quality food. Still feel like I want to throw up.
