Lying waiter

This is for the branch in Cresta Center Randburg

The food was totally amazing. It is not the food that was the issue but the guy who was serving our table. His name is Taberth or something along those lines and he speaks Shona. When we asked him to bring the bill he told us that the card machine hasn’t been working and asked that we pay in cash. My husband had to go look for an atm as we didn’t have cash with us. Only to find out when we asked other staff members by the door that the card machine is actually working and they had no idea what my husband was talking about. He **** to us and we asked him why and he took us for fools and said they just got fixed now. He really must think we’re stupid or saw stupid written in our faces. He wanted us to pay cash so he can get his tip. And he took us for fools and wasted our time for his advantage. I’m still ****ed.
