Lunch with family

On Saturday the 5th of Aug, we went to have lunch at Spur in Boardwalk mall with my family. We arrived at 15:30, there was a queue and we waiting outside, a lady by the name Nathi asked how many of us and we told her it's 5 adults and 4 kids, so we were 9 but we asked if she can look for a table for 5, we'll just carry the kids. She said we are 9 so we'll wait for a next available table, that was fine.

She kept calling people behind us and we left there waiting because she said we are many, fine. We spotted a group of 7 people going out and asked her if she can put us in that table, she did not. We keep seeing people going out but we stood there. My sister asked her "Haybooo sisi, why are we waiting here coz there's a space, there was an empty space, she said the empty space is being booked so the people are coming.

Until now a white lady that was behind us came to check her name, to find out it was now scratched on the list..

We were really not happy with the way she treated us, because now after the lady complained about standing there for a long time, she opened the area she said to us it's reserved for booking, we were only attended at 18:00 since we arrived at half 3. Nathi must treat every customer right, we were there to buy, we were never told that at Spur you must not bring your family and kids. She must not be rude, because when we asked why she's treating us like that she said she's tired,of which I don't think that has anything to do with us.
