Loyal customer now a Tsotsi.. Pffft

Been treated like a ***** tonight!! Absolutely disgusting experience. I went there tonight with my 3year old girl. The transaction declined for a whopping R140. 00 and after investigation I noticed unforseen debit orders went off before my salary cleared. Which was suppose to clear early during the day. But anyways. After explaining this and offering to leave my ID and driver's licence and work details etc, the front off house manager still said no, calling the manager, and sharing jokes, and then stating I have to leave my cellphone there. As a single mom I need to leave my Only cellphone there until tomorrow!! What a joke. I even said they can call my boss to get reassurance about my salary and work details. Still not good enough. She then said they closing at 11pm, but my little girl and I can SLEEP there on the benches outside, I don't have to worry, there is security, as I won't be able to leave the premises until it's paid. All this, when we're regular customers at Montexo Spur every damn week. Sometimes twice a week, at the same spur as my little one enjoys their play area! Luc****y my salary cleared 10min later. I have never been treated this way, Montexo Spur will never see us again! Treating loyal customers like *******. Nee dankie. Word of mouth! Cheers!!
