LOUIS - WORST MANAGER EVER - TELLING ME I CANT COM
I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE STORE , TWICE IN TWO WEEKS , I COMPLAINED TO HELLO PETER , LOUIS THE MANAGER OF THE STORE SENDS ME A EMAIL SAYING , HE PREFER IF I DON'T COME TO HES STORE ANYMORE , SO HES DON'T WANT MY BUSINESS , I CANT EAT THERE ANYMORE BECAUSE I COMPLAIN ABOUT THE FOOD EVERY TIME , HES THE WORST MANAGER EVER , HE DON'T DESERVE TO MANAGER A STORE

Thank you for your continued feedback. Louis's frustration is that regardless of the meals served or service provided you appear not to be happy with the staff and the food offering at Daytona Spur.
You mentioned to him that you prefer dining at Kansas Spur and Louis feels that - rather than frustrate you further - it is preferable that you frequent Kansas Spur so that your Spur experience is enjoyable.
Since your initial complaint on the 18 September, Louis and his Team have taken cognisance of your feedback however, they feel that regardless of what they do, you remain unhappy.
