loud background music

I am a regular customer who enjoy my weekly business breakfast at SPUR KOLLONADE<br> On every occasion I requested the waiter and manager several times to turn the music down as it is early in the morning and the music is playing for the pleasure of the waiters as there is only a few customers that early<br> There is no way that I can have a telephone conversation let a alone a normal conversation <br> I know the importance of background music but heavy doef-doef disco music is of no advantage for the business and a few customers complained it<br> I found it really annoying and disrespectful that my request is adhered to and to turn it louder after a short while
