Losing my taste for life with Spur

Went to Spur in Parow Centre with two family members. We each had to wait 10 min in between for our meals. First my sister received her steak which was not done according to her request. 10 min later my nephew received his burger and 10 min after that I received my schnitzel which was very dry. We were far to hungry to complain and didn't want to wait for mistakes to be rectified.
