Longest Breakfast

On 3 April my friend and had the worst service at a Spur ever...I've been a patron for about 22 odd years..so that's saying something...to have coffee and the basic breakfast took almost 3 hours.. at 10am on a Wednesday with about 8 other people in the store? Unbelievable!
