Lone Creek Spur - Mall of Africa

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my recent visit to Lone Creek Spur, which was supposed to be a birthday celebration. Unfortunately, the evening was followed by poor service.

Our order was incorrect initially, and even after it was changed, the food was cold. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed, taking ages to check on us and neglecting our table in favor of others. To make matters worse, no manager came to check on us, leaving us with no opportunity to raise our concerns.

What's alarming is that this was on a relatively quiet Wednesday evening - I wonder to think of the service during peak periods. Needless to say, my birthday celebration ended on a sour note. I wouldn't recommend Lone Creek Spur to anyone based on this experience. Improvement is desperately needed!
