Live ****roach on my plate

On the 19th march at 7 am we went for my wife's birthday and on arrival of my burger my plate had an alive ****roach in. The burger was changed but the meal was not comped and the service was terrible as well . I will never go back to the Spur in Newlands Dean street again. Its extremely disappointing as my wifes family goes there all the time. When the waitress was told about the ****roach her response was 'okay' and she left without informing us about what would happen
