Limited menu not catering for lactose- or gluten intolerant customers

I was unpleasantly surprised when I visited a Spur restaurant recently and discovered that they do not offer any milk alternatives e.g. Almond milk, nor do they offer any wheat alternatives such as gluten-free bread.
