Lemon and herb off Chicken

Good day

Yesterday around 6pm me and my sister walked in at Spur Sunset bay in Gordon's bay for dinner. I ordered the lemon and herb half chicken, the chicken was soo off you could smell it before even chewing. The last part of the drumstick was dark and dry, on the breast bones was also dark dry.

We called our waiter Robert we told him the problem, he apologized and returned the chicken. Someone else approached us apparently she is 'also' the manager that's what they told me when I asked who is she.

Her name is Siphokazi. She was so unprofessional and rude to us, she didn't come to hear what we have to say, she started as 'there is nothing wrong with this chicken, that's how we make it. This is not Bossa so we don't make the chicken as same as Bossa. This whole time her hands are on her pockets as if she is speaking to her friends or nothing really happened. My problem started there, who is Bossa? Who are we? Do we know Bossa? Have we ever been Bossa? Does she know our lifestyle to know where do we often go? At this point I was so upset but didn't say anything further as they would have tempered our food if we did.

She did offer us a quarter leg which is way less than the half chicken we ordered. She was so rude she seemed like she wants us to let this go. She went on to say there's no more chicken in their kitchen that's when I asked 'so in this case what do you think you should do as the shop'? That's when she offered the quarter leg ofwhich she first said there's no more chicken, suddenly now there is a quarter?

I am so upset that she compared us to another restaurant that we didn't even know. To me this seems like she undermined us in a way or she looked down on us, I don't know. We accepted the chicken she offered because we didn't want anymore drama as they went on as the staff behind the counter commenting about us and this chicken. I am so upset.

Unfortunately I didn't take a pic of the chicken that was off and I also didn't take a pic of the slip. She needs to know that we didn't like the way she attended to us, it was so unprofessional and demeaning.
