Leadership starts from the top! Don't eat here

MELKBOS SPUR- 11\06\18 Me and my friends went out to this Spur got violently sick from old sausage - I had two hours sleep and had to work a full day the next day running to the bathroom. I returned half my food to them. Got told to prove it was from them - our waiter was right there and confirmed we are in front of the manager whilst the owner was on the phone. Then got promised the owner would call me. Phoned for him was ignored the following day. So let me elaborate what happened that Monday which will be reported to the Head Office. We were given the only trainee in the shop of about 6 waiters - no-one helped this guy, he didn't have a clue. When we arrived at 20:30 we were told the kitchen was closing soon. We sat in the non smoking as we had a child. When I went to the smoking section the second time to have a staff member sitting there listening to music screaming on the top of her lungs, didn't notice me coming in naturally continuing this horrible scream singing of hers which was so loud we could hear it fro! The table and when she did said sorry and asked me for a cigarette?! Continued to light it up and smoke in front of me. The manager was sitting right next to us eating and playing on her phone the staff were making a racket as they were about to go home and had no interest in at least being respectful towards their patrons. It was like a taxi rank. What a joke and so asked the owner for a refund on one item as my friends had eaten everything and this is what service we got. Our bill was over R800. We were told by friends to rather go to the other Sour and now I know why!
