Late delivery, cold poor quality food that is over priced

Literally cried when receiving my food order delivered by mr D. The food was late! The food was cold! Sauces were missing! And the food wasn't tasty at all! When following up on my late order I asked the manager that the food shouldnt be cold ,as Spur's prices is quite high for the quality of food you get these days, she assured me that it wasn't cold as it was just packed. The driver delivered the order within aprox 15min after speaking to the manager and just as I expected the food was ice cold. The Mr D driver then advised that she was ignored by the staff when trying to collect our order and that the Spur was very busy. I completely understand if they are busy especially it being month end but WHY DO THEY ACCEPT ONLINE ORDERS IF THEY KNOW THEY ARE BUSY. I phoned the manager again and expressed my concerns. She then tried to offer us a free breakfast but even this is not acceptable as we spent almost R600 on ice cold, poor quality, late delivered food. I will never ever ever order take aways or eat at a spur again. Quality, service and prices these days are ridiculous!
