Last try!!
My mother-in-law, fiance and myself decided to have breakfast on Sunday 07.06.2015, despite our previous bad experience. BAD IDEA!!! The problem was not that the breakfast menu was limited, the problem was that they were completely unwilling to accommodate us in any way. We DO NOT eat pork, thus, asked if we could change the bacon for vienna's or whatever. Besides the rude 'manner' from the manageress, we learned that all the sausages,vienna's that Spur uses contains pork and that they do not, at all, substitute, we could order something else and they would add (ADD) it to the plate (without removing the bacon). We did not ask for miracles, though I really think that Spur might have more customers if they catered for and were willing to accommodate a wider range of tastes and reasonable requests. We went to Wimpy, had the most delightful experience ever and will never be returning to Spur. This is just to make more people aware and we are really not interested in getting a call back, I am glad I did not contact the manager, as they would have sweet talked us so, we would not have had this eye-opening experience. Friendliness and accommodating is what keeps customers, not specials!!

Although sometimes a store will make the decision to substitute items on the breakfast menu but this is generally at the discretion of the manager/operator. We do have halaal stores which don't serve pork or items containing pork. We understand that you don't want to be contacted but we will still share your unhappiness with the store.
