Last Straw

This weekend we went to Lone Wolf Spur in Randburg to celebrate two kids in the family having a birthday. First, the waiter got my order wrong and brought me a cheddermelt burger which I did not order. I wanted the cheddarmelt beef shnitzel. Once received. the pepper in the sauce was so overbearing that I could not taste the beef or the cheese. The batter was almost thicker than the beef. Then when it was time to pay. each member of the family wanted to do their own bill which many families do. I wanted to use the loyalty family card and was told I could only use it for my bill and only once a day. I may be mistaken, but I have not been able to find anywhere in the T&Cs that states I can only use it for 1 bill once a day. After speaking to the management, She did try to remedy the situation with a free draught beer, but, I would have rather had the points, as by this time I was full and this did not want the beer. I have been so disappointed with this that I will be cutting up my family card and will no longer support spur. There are better restaurants with better food for cheaper price around and they obviously would rather have my business.
