Laguna Spur

On the 28th of July 2021 I decided to go pay a visit to Laguna Spur in Litchenburg NorthWest. Up on entry the premises i was greeted in a very friendly way. I felt at home. However the dream was short lived as i decided to entered the toilet area! I found toilet paper laying everywhere in the gents restroom i found the toilet seat having pee on. And it was not flashed! This is by no means the previous user that left it in this condition it was clearly shown that the members of staff have not cleaned this restroom for a few days. I than went back to my table and requested to speak with management. Management come to me and i explained to her what i found and i showed her the pictures i took showing her what my discoveries are. After a long wait the food arrived my chips was burned and my wife orders nachos which was also burned black. Im my overall experience i simply feel that staff members are ****ging in their jobs and will need to be placed on review. The restaurant it self is clean and the environment has a nice friendly calmness to it.
