Lack of proper Covid process

I was just at spur weirder park today at 7.30pm upon signing in I noticed that 2 customers has responded yes under symptoms. I queried this with the lady that was there. I was told that the customers did not know what they writing and I must ignore. Another gentleman came I asked him to explain but still did not make sense. I choose to leave and go elsewhere as the stuff did not seem to understand what is meant to be in that column and also the response I got to ignore clearly shows that your store is only doing this to comply and tick the box and really could not care of the potential impact.
