lack of knowledge on running a restaurant

I arrived at spur, it was during load shedding, I was greeted by the waiter at the door, walked to the table where I wanted to sit, it still had settings on from the previous customer, across from me the table from the previous customers had been left as when they left, it remained that way till after 3 waiters coming in and out cleaned it 30 min later, I observed 2 other tables remaining dirty for a while, no management checked on me or to be seen around the place, food was sub standard lack of any concern for clients and the place was only a 3rd full, honestly the worst experience ever and I work in the industry and spur should be ashamed of the lack of anything and people should avoid going to spur northgate
