Kiowa spur continues downward spiral

<p>The Kiowa spur used to be our family favourite but over the past six months it has become utterly disappointing.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems that lately we almost always have a problem with either the food or the service. The games in the play area are always off or broken. We complained non stop about that, but to no avail.</p> <p> </p> <p>The last time we went they had changed the waffle recipe to something that was so dry and horrible that we actually got up and left. Today we went to go have a birthday lunch with my 10 year old daughter only to be told that we are not permitted to sit upstairs near the children's play area.</p> <p> </p> <p>Something to do with a new staff rotation where no staff are assigned upstairs during the day. Unless you're a smoker, then they will serve you in the smoking area.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is just ridiculous and stupid. Who makes that kind of decision? A managerial ***** perhaps?</p> <p> </p> <p>So we left and will not be returning.</p> <p> </p> <p>After wiping away my child's tears we spent a wonderful afternoon at Thunder Ridge Spur. What a difference! So helpful and accommodating... food was better too!</p> <p> </p> <p>Kiowa Spur clearly has an attitude problem that needs to be fixed or risk losing more patrons to other Spurs who actually care.</p>
