Kids party @Spur Vaal mall

#30in30 I booked for a birthday party for my son , When we got there the service was just ok not outstanding , And kids didnt have party hat .We had to ask for utilities , i paid and left and send an email to the regional office complaining . My complain was taken seriously and within a week i told to make a booking and i did went there for the second party and everything single thing was on point ,i love the fact that they reactified their mistake quickly and gave my son the best birthday party . I was even told not to pay a cent and everything was covered ,the manager at the time was Yolandi .Thank you Spur Vaal Mall .
