Kids bul**** while caregivers chatting

I took my 4yr old for breakfast this morning and I watched in play in the playroom. then I noticed him getting punched and pushed to a corner by another child.the caregivers did not see anything cause they were chatting away. as for the manager his a waste of time.. he says he will look into it.. his an inconsiderate dog. I kept my cool and walked out of that place.. I want feedback from this incident and I want the owner to see his cameras.. pathetic place and terrible workers
