Kick out because we had a trolley

We wanted to have a lovely family time unfortunately we were turned away because we had a trolley. Mind you it's myself, my mom and 2toddlers that were already throwing a tantrum outside because we promised to allow them to play and have face painting there. How does this make sense. Spur Sausalito Heidelberg, next time please try to put a friendly person by the entrance to at least kick us out.
