Keep shining Zandile

On Wednesday, 27 Feb I went to Spur for breakfast at Northgate. I frequent the restaurant as a stop for their delicious coffee and breakfast some mornings. On this day I was served by Zandile and I was graced by her great attitude. Pleasant, smiling and eager to please. I think the reason why she stood up and I noticed it's because I feel the service levels at our restaurants have become so mediocre and below average these days. When she brought my bill I had to ask for her name and I gave her a compliment on the service she rendered. I knew at the point that I would like to have a review about the service. On my way out I met two ladies, who were at the restaurant to collect their order. Surprisingly, they were complimenting Zandile about her service and attitude. I joined the conversation sharing my experience as well, and as we were walking out the store were still talking about how rare it is these days to experience such warmth, reception and service.

Zandile, I'm hoping that one day your efforts and great intentions will pay off. Keep shining.!
