**** service Ordered food and drinks - within an hour to an hour and a half waiting for half of the order and was still billed for it Let me also say that this was not the first time i decided to take my family of 18 people to this spur restaurant and experienced this caliber of service. An apology will not work at this time so please do not even think of brushing it off with one. Bare in mind that I was at the Grandwest Spur the Friday evening and experienced great service. Cost spent is R3k over the weekend at your business.
