I've had 3 terrible experience with spur

I've had 3 terrible experience with spur. My last 3 visits have been so unpleasant. Every time I go it's like spur is less about family and more about money. I was at the Cavendish branch. With my wife and daughter trying to have a good meal and watch the rugby. When I was finally seated. I asked 3 different people for a high chair which never came. I then asked to watch the rugby only to find out that spur no longer has Supersport and we can't enjoy the rugby while having a meal. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service.
