Irresponsible Staff

<p>We went to Silver Cloud Spur in Langehovenpark Bloemfontein. My child of 4 years old was in the play area and tried to get out by the door, as there was staff in the play area to keep an eye on the children. No one saw her trying to open the door and it slamed closed ripping of her toe nael and I feel this is very irresponsible as the reason for the staff in the play area is to keep an eye on the children. My child could have lost her entire toe and I don’t feel like my child is safe when we take her out to Spur. Till now no one knows what really happened to her. After the insident one of the staff members foud her at the door crying and her foot full of blood. To the waiter and one staff member, they were very helpful after the insident brought me a plaster and asked if she was fine and gave her icecream. As for the manager was no where to be see as this happened in his resturant and didn’t even had the desentsy to come to me and aplogies for what happened. This leaves me unhappy and I don’t think I will trust them again. My child can get badly hurt and there is no care.</p>
