IOWA Spur Sucks

Hi spur,

I hardly support any of your spur branches because of the ****ty quality of food, poor service and the establishment always leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

I am utterly disgusted at Iowa soneike Kuilsriver spur. Saturday we had a family meet up with all the kids as you just opened up the new play place and the kids was excited to see it and play. Well I arrived at 11:10am my sister ordered her breakfast which arrived cold, incorrect toast brought to her she had to wait 10 minutes to get the correct toast, upon the return of the waiter I told him the large plate of chips he gave the kids was cold and my sisters breakfast was cold, he looked laughed and brushed it off, mind you we stayed either way, then my other sister arrived we were going to order food and more chips for the kids, I called him and told him earlier his reaction wasn't professional and to make up he can atleast replace my sisters chips of her cold breakfast and waiting for toast and he refused, called the manager and the manager refused too, mind you we ordered a maincourse already, the hygiene of spur was also called out because we received dirty plates, there was no child minder in the new play place and there was 2 of those spur space chairs standing in the corner not setup or anything and one push it will fall on a kid. Anyways the manager didn't really take our concerns seriously and I told him to cancel our order and we paid and left to spur in Brackenfell. Now firstly your manager does not have customer services s****s or any form of customer retention s****s, your hygiene of the IOWA Spur sucks and your play place is incomplete, your food is bad and we had to drive further away from my house for a better experience and I had to reroute everyone that was coming to Brackenfell spur instead and it could of been resolved immediately but the utter refusal to do so is actually disgusting. I want the spur area manager to contact me.

We had 6 kids at Iowa that we had to pack up and meet the rest of the people at Brackenfell instead. We had 9 kids at Brackenfell and 7 adults. Iowa has once again lost business big time.
