I would like to share the most unbelievable 'service' (not sure if I can name it service since there weren't none).

I have made a booking for my daughters 6th Birthday Party 2-3 weeks in advance and since I am working @ IPIC PROPERTY MANAGEMENT centre Soneike I thought to book a party with Spur IOWA. With total disgrace and disappointment for not being able to make her day a memroble one (since last year we were in lockdown and she had none).

Firstly, on the day (half and hour prior actual booking time 14h00) I brought the balloons/cake and a thank you pack for the kids. No table were prepped with lucky packets, nor menus nor anything. Which left me wondering but yet, I was in a rush to fetch my daughter at home to be able to be on time for her party.

Got there. Still, kids and parents arrived. Still nothing has been done. There was no waiter I had to stand arround and ask someone to bring us the menus. I had to wait and catch any waiter (that is after a full hour of no one attending us) to ask if i can order the kiddies meals and their drinks.

No service

No menus

No colouring for kids

No waiter

No drinks and meals for first 45min-1h15

No Happy Birthday singing after spending how many hours with the cake.

No chico the clown ice cream have been givin

No party packs has been givin

No singing.

After 16h10 someone came to give lucky packets and ask if they could sing. After my booking was for 14h00-16h00. 85% of the kids and parents left. The left over pizzas for doggy bags were still on the table. With no ice cream givin nor piece of cake received i have spent how many hours on.

The manager is not a manager what so ever. He did absolutely nothing. They even thought that i would pay for the whole 7 kids birthday meal whilst not receiving ice cream party packs and a happy clappy happy birthday.

Walked out with the full cake. No singing. No ice cream. No happy birthday singing. No waiter. With a refferal i would give no one and the worst "service" and being a birthday party expererience of our lives.

My daughter was extremely disappointed while i felt guilty, ashamed and dissappointment understatement
