IOWA SPUR - DO NOT EAT THERE

IOWA SPUR

Good morning, just would like to inform you that your food really SH$T, service is great, but not the food. Unfortunately the food is what is bringing customers back, not the service.

Myself and my family where at IOWA Spur twice, and every time the food were shocking.

First time, ordered a steak, asked for Medium to rear, steak came to me well done. My wife asked her steak well done and a piece a charcoal were more attritive than her steak

Second time - (last night) We ordered the Rib special, ribs were still bleeding, not cooked properly at all. Just plain terrible. I also gave the manager my slip with a note to the owner, but sure that never reached the owner.

You should consider sending your kitchen staff on proper training or sent them to Silver spur to see how it is done. Silver Spur by far the best Spur and IOWA Spur just gives Spur a really bad name.

I will never put my feet in the IOWA Spur again. (If we receive a meal voucher or children again from the school (Curro) I will just through it in the bin.)

Lastly, not sure how many birthdays you get the spur, every time their were at least 6 birthdays and than that place sound like a disco. I mean seriously, some people just want have a peaceful dinner and want to hear what you partner is saying without shouting.
