insulting

On Saturday 7 November tool my 7 year old daughter for lunch she loves spur. We had a very enjoyable experience until we left and she needed to go to the toilet. She came running back crying and asked her what was wrong she told me the girl in the toilet called her fat. I went to the toilet expecting to see a child but she pointed out the cleaner who called her fat. From a child I would expect it not a growen woman. I did report it but I feel she should have gotten an apology I will nevert go to spur bluff again.
