On 13th June, I transfered money at Spar, Amalinda, East London for a person in Port Elizabeth. On the 22nd she went to withdraw the money she received a message that says "contact the sender" which is myself. She deed, I immediately contacted the 086 number I was told the money has been with drawn at ATM Debbie Lee, Greenfield East London on the 15th
