We sincerely hope that you daughter is recovering both emotionally and physically from the incident that occurred at Burning Arrow Spur. As you are aware this was brought to the attention of the store and a case has been opened regarding this. We apologise that you feel the matter was not dealt with appropriately and that the necessary urgency from management was not shown towards you and your daughter.
According to the feedback in the case we see that Jacque Marais was in contact and met with you to discuss this incident. This has been escalated to the stores insurance company who will intern deal with this going forward. We do apologise for the lack of feedback or communication from the store. Once the insurance takes of the case the store and other 3rd parties are usually instructed to limit communication pending investigation from the insurance company.
We will advise the store to follow up with the insurance company and request that they provide you with feedback or keep you updated.
Yours sincerely
