inept attitude

I arrive to have a meal, on arrival i requested for the bath room and the lady that helps with tables told me that the bathroom was out side so i choose a table and went to hunt for the bathroom, which i did not find as per her directions. When i got back she had given away my table and only find out that there was a bathroom within spur. This kind of act was grossly undermining and brings out a feeling of undertones of ************** and feel unwelcome. Food also took for ever to arrive and meal was horrible did not even finish the meal.<br> The ladies name with the undermining act is Gergio.<br> The attitude was just inept
