ineffective manager

<p>On the 03 October 2016, me and my friends went to our favourite spur. We ordered three types meals. 1. Pork chops meal 2. Two medium mature aged steak meals. The order was brought to the table and the first order was perfect. One the steak was raw. Literally blood was flowing . Luckily i saw the manager , later known to me as Joseph "useless manager" to raise my concern. surprisingly, he just sent just a team member who was *********** to resolve my complain. i heard to send her to get me the manager. 5 minutes later he came to the table. His first words " which sauce do you want". Disappointed . No greetings . Does not want to find out about the problem. We had to leave the store after paying R493.50 for a raw meat. Utterly disgusted.</p>
