Indigo Spur Waterstone disappointment!

Indigo Spur waterstone - After being seated we waited approximately 15-20minutes for a waiter to serve us. The spur was technically empty and they were not short on staff, after numerous waiters just walked up and down not even looking our way. We became fed up of waiting and trying to get the staffs attention, then decided to stand up and leave, where a waiter then approached us to ask if we were served yet. Really disappointed, we normally have good experiences at Indigo Spur Waterstone.
