Incredibly helpful to stranded traveller

I had been dropped at the airport on a Monday morning to catch a flight back to Johannesburg and dropped my smartphone AS I walked into the airport - cracking the screen to smithereens! My flight was then delayed by an hour and a half.... I decided breakfast at the Spur was in order and traipsed up there. As I had ordered my food and drinks I realised that I could not access my bank account to transfer money to pay my bill, as I had just broken my phone normally used to do my internet banking.... To add to this, ALL my bank's ATM's were offline. The barman at the Spur summoned his Manager, who in turn found me the OWNER of the Spur, who happily allowed me to use her computer in her office to do my banking and happily be on my way! THANK YOU team for assisting me in such a wonderful way! If it weren't for you guys, my broken phone and I would have been without breakfast, coffee and wine on my flight - might I add this saved my life as I am a nervous flyer..... SUPER service and incredibly helpful to me during my Blue Monday Morning!
