Incorrect order left bad taste in our mouths- literally

My partner and I went to the spur in canal walk, at first everything was really fine besides waiting a while for the waiter which is ok because they were really busy being month end and so on. my partner ordered a jalapeno steak and I asked for a surf and turf, I specifically asked for my steak rare and on a hot plate because I like my steak rare, my partner just asked for a normal plate. after waiting a while my partner got a hot plate and me a normal plate- that was the first problem, we left it because we were really hungry by this time, my partners plate was so hot that he couldn't even eat his food, he burnt his arm and has burnt his lip too because of the heat of the hot plate ( I have pictures) my steak was so overdone I had a few pieces and gave it back, they then remade it but I said I will take it home as my appetite was ruined because of the whole experience. Spur should be a good experience but this was not at all, when you pay a big bill and leave with a takeaway because ur food wasn't nice at all, and your partner leaves with burns because of the hot plate it was just not a very nice time we had .
