Incomplete meal

I went to the Spur Steak Ranch at East Rand Mall to buy takeaways today. I ordered a veggie schnitzel with chips and specifically asked them to add onion rings to my meal. My partner collected my food for me while I was withdrawing. They did not show him my order to make sure that everything was in order and since he didn't know what I had ordered, he assumed that everything was good. When I got home, my order only had my schnitzel with no chips and no onion rings! I am never buying there ever again.
