<p>Let me explain, this is not towards the managers or senior staff members. My complaint is clearly towards the waitress that didn't bother to listen or service me or my wife. We had a awesome day after having fun in Good Reef City only to have everything erased in one swoop.</p> <p> </p> <p>First of we arrived at mall of africa hungry to eat some delicious hunga busta burgers only to be served with a your not worth my tym attitude. First of from what I know, sour senior staff usually check up on customers to see if everything is okay and well. However none of this happened at all throughout the 45mins of waiting for our food and to be serviced appropriately. </p> <p> </p> <p>When we first landed it took 5 mins for us to receive a menu, after that we asked Nomfundo our waitress give us 5 mins to see what we needed or wanted, only to be ignored for 15 mins as she assisted other customers who came after us. When she finally felt she had time for us I ordered the old skool hunga busta and my wife ordered the jalapeno and cheese hunga busta with a regular coke and ice on the side. After waiting for 40 mins seeing her walk passed us and having no one check up on us I decided that I was walking out and had lost my appetite. As soon as that happens Nomfundo decides to bring our meal, I stated that I was not paying for the meal as I had already been given the middle finger for the poor service then our waitress runs to fetch her manager. I explained my situation and he apologised but honestly. This is the worst service I've ever received from Spur ever. Never again will I go to Mall of Africa or They're Spur Ranches. Their staff members are the best example as to why south africa is known for their poor customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank You Spur.</p>
