Impeccable Service

After having bought some pretty poor boerwors from Pick n Pay, I decided to get food from Spur.<br> Although I was only getting take aways the waitress who helped me, Andile in the Brave Hawk Spur @ Norkem Mall, was absolutely amazing.<br> <br> Very often when you go to a restaurant for take aways or anything that isn't going to generate a large bill, the waiter often treats you somewhat badly, at least that's been my experience, but last night Andile shattered that.<br> <br> Vocal, audible, knowledgeable and friendly. I was fixing to spend almost R500 on a Spur Burger for everyone but because I was only feeding 4 other people she recommended the Ribs and Chicken and we all ate our fill with left overs and I saved +/- R100.<br> <br> I rarely ever get service at the level which Andile managed for me, and so I was well impressed and I sincerely hope that she keeps it up, and that management can ensure that service is the same across from all their waiters.<br> <br> Well done Brave Hawk Spur, and thank you very much Andile. You turned me from slightly bitter of the boerewors to very happy in nothing flat.
