Immensely poor service

<p>On the 02/03/2017 my family and I visited spur at sun coast casino in Durban. We where met with incredibly poor service as listed below;<br />-The waiter (named Ryno) had poor knowledge of the menu.<br />-The first meal took 45 minutes to arrive(this should not be the case regardless of how busy a restaurant is, as any restaurant should be able to deliver efficient service when filled to capacity, as they decide the volume of patrons they can efficiently service even at capacity.<br />-The other meals where brought to the table at least 5-10 minutes apart(as a result some people had finished their meals while some of us hadn't received ours).<br />-The waiter was rude.<br />-The manager came by when we where almost ready to leave to ask if we needed anything.<br />-Our complaint about the waiter was not addressed by the manager, the waiter infact came and stood between the manager and I during my complaint.<br />-The waiter often ignored us and walked away while we where attempting to communicate with him.<br />-The waiter carried himself the same way with the patrons at the table next to us, and it was sad to see a group of elderly ladies be treated the way he treated them.<br />-Our portion sizes where not in proportion.<br />-There where queues outside, even though there where multiple vacant, cleaned tables inside that could have seated any number of people in a group.<br />A terrible experience that absolutely no one should have to endure.</p>
