I'm scared of going out

Hello peter i will like to write a review about spur teak ranches

1. On the 26th June 2021, I was with my mother in law, when we visited the Spur situated at Key West Mall, Krugersdorp. We were approached by a waiter, who came to serve us, I forgot his name. He gave us menu and asked us if we would like anything to drink. My mother in law ordered a vanilla milkshake and I ordered a strawberry ****tail. He then left and came with the drinks. He came back after few minutes and I ordered the special for the day.

The food came and we ate. As I was about to finish my drink, I felt something in my mouth and then took it out, I realised that it was a glass. I then showed my mother in law and she said that I must not drink further and that I should check my drink. I then checked and realised that there is more glasses inside my drink. I called the waiter and I informed him about what I found inside my drink. In a state of panic he took my drink and left, he left everything else in the process (amongst others, the bills, the plates). Thereafter, a manager, by the name of Mary came alone.

She informed us that she apologises about the ordeal and said that we should not pay for the bill. We then left the store, on the way, my mother in law asked why are we not taking their details in case something happens. I informed her that my husband will come and take the details. As we were having such conversation, the said waiter came and said that Mary (the manager) wanted to see us. Upon our arrival, the said manager said that we should pay for everything but for the drink (that had glasses). We paid and Mary said that I should visit the doctor and inform her of our visit. I asked her to give her details but she requested that I gave her mine. I gave her my details and wrote them in my slip. She took the said slip and gave it to the other person who was in her company. We then left. She provided me with the restaurant number.

When I arrived I started experiencing pain in abdominal area. The pains were excruciating. I called a cab (Uber) to the clinic, it was closed, I went to the doctor. She informed me that it was an emergency and that I should go to the hospital. I then went to the hospital and I was attended, then later admitted. I spent three days at the hospital.

After I was discharged at hospital, I went to the doctor as I was still in severe pains.. I don't know who to call or talk to cz at hospital they said they didn't get any glasses in me but i'm still suffering from pains and i'm scared of resurants now. I fill like they only care about making money not people's life
