Ignored at Spur

On 16/05/2015, I visited the Silverstar Casino. My partner and I decided to have a meal at the spur in the complex - it was in the late evening, but still within Spurs operating hours. <br> <br> We were welcomed and directed to our table as is customary, and told that our waiter will be with us shortly. We perused the menu and was ready to order, but were not even acknowledged by a waiter. <br> After a dismal 25 minutes wait, without being able to even spot a waiter, we walked out. The establishment was not even particularly busy, so I doubt any excuse would suffice. <br> Extremely poor service :-(
