ICE COLD MAIN MEAL AT SPUR MALL OF AFRICA

Most horrible experience my family and my self had at spur mall of Africa we get their all was good order our food and drinks the water takes the wrong drinks order. my sons food was there in 15 mins so i asked the water to bring it back with our starters so he did our starters was taking for ever to come and once it came it was nice and hot. while we was eating our starts maybe 20 mins in our main meal comes which was cold like they our starters which we still was eating was hotter then our main meal thats how cold it was
