I was blown away
I have to compliment the manager (Hannes) an manageress (Bianca). My partner and I went for dinner for our anniversary. The night started off bad and had us a bit rattled. Noticing that something was wrong Bianca asked how she could assist us. After a few words she left to \fetch our bill"and soon after Hannes arrived. Long story short to get to the important part. I was blown away by how Hannes handled the situation. He greeted us and listened to our story"
