I wanted to have nice lazy aged stage but standing at the door waiting to be served for about 4 minutes and nobody acknowledged me standing there even though there was a staff member right behind the desk looking directly at me

I wanted to have nice lazy aged stage but standing at the door waiting to be served for about 4 minutes and nobody acknowledged me standing there even though there was a staff member right behind the desk looking directly at me . It forced me to go to ocean basket which I didnt want to do due to a bad experience 4 years ago but I was very pleasantly surprised. Thank you to spur for not acknowledging me .
