I'VE HAD IT - FEDUP!!!!
On Friday(01/05/2015), we went to Spur Steak Ranches, in Canal Walk Century City for Brunch.<br> Order placed for food and drinks with Peter, the waiter.<br> My steak arrives, with the wrong sauce, raw as if it was just kept over the coals for 2 minutes and I specifically asked for it well done. I have it returned to the kitchen to be cooked properly and the waiter brings it back. AGAIN WITH THE WRONG SAUCE! and with obviously much less chips and onions rings. <br> By this time my appetite was spoilt and the atmosphere around our table, and oh, the tables don't have numbers so DO NOT ASK ME AT WHICH TABLE NUMBER WE SAT. THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN SHOW FACE AT OUR TABLE WHEN I HAD MY FOOD RETURNED TO THE KITCHEN TO BE COOKED PROPERLY.<br> He was too busy calling one of his employees \stupid"<br> I often have issues with my food whenever we eat at Spur Steak Ranches"
Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your incident at Mexico Spur on Workers Day. We will address your concerns with the owner/operator as it is customary for a manager to visit each table to introduce himself and ensure customer satisfaction.
Delivery of the incorrect sauce (twice) and the incorrectly prepared steak is certainly disappointing and contrary to the Spur norm. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused and once internally addressed, we will be sure to be in touch with you.
